3D
These are all done via various digital media: 3D programs (Poser and Bryce). Most with Poser 7, some with as early as Poser 4 (which is what I started with). Bryce was used for background, environment and lighting.
These are only available as Prints. When ordering specify size and paper (gloss, matte or metallic). Please bear in mind some images do not look good blown up beyond a certain size.
BennuEyesBeyondPoser with Bryce background. A lovely maid in the woods. | Anne of the MistsPoser with a Bryce background. One of my initial test renders for my Lady of the Mist. Probably should have used a version of this for the cover. Maybe one day I'll redo it as a photoshop painting. | Death Becomes HerThis is the original image. Poser back when I was beginning to play with elemental effects. Allivette began life as a priestess of a god of death in a game I played, and ended up a goddess in her own right. Never got to play her much, but she got a lot of story built around her because I liked the character so much. I've used this image a number of times. The first of my Death Becomes her series. |

Death Defends HerPart of my Alivette series. Plan on doing a calendar own day if I ever do a few more pieces. Poser with Bryce for the background. | Death's GuardianPart of my Alivette series. Alivette with her every present flaming skull, guarding the temple. Poser with Bryce for the background. | Death Attends HerPart of my Alivette series. Poser with Bryce for the background. |
Death's ContemplationPart of my Alivette series. Poser with Bryce for the background. | Death's AdvisorPart of my Alivette series. The goddess gazing in the book of all, advised by the crystal skull of her late husband who advises her in death. It's the same one seen in flames in the other parts of the series. Poser with Bryce for the background. | Aspect of LightThis is part of the Alivette series though not the Death Becomes Her series. This is Alivette, the goddess of death. When she is seen, her appearance depends upon how those who see her view death. If you view death as a peaceful relief or otherwise do not fear it, you see her as this: a dark and beautiful angel. |
Aspect of BoneThis is part of the Alivette series though not the Death Becomes Her series. This is Alivette, the goddess of death. When she is seen, her appearance depends upon how those who see her view death. If you fear death, you see her as this: a worn angel with bone wings. | The PallbearersPart one of a fun little two panel I did. Alivette having her animated skeletons serve pall bearer through the cemetery. Poser with Bryce background. | The Pallbearer's BridePart 2. And here we have the Pallbearer stealing himself a bride, while his friend watches for the mistress. |
Gothic BalconyPoser with a Bryce background. I had just gotten a new clothing and background set and wanted to play with it. Not as pleased with this as with the Lady Of Fate. | Lady of FatePoser with a Bryce background. A gothic beauty. | Tyralin DragonchildA warrior woman, dragon-born. Poser. |
Djinni RoomBryce. This was purely a Bryce piece. It is used as the background for most of the story I wrote called Kismet, a fully 3D illustrated children's story. | Un-BottledPoser with a Bryce background. Playing around with a new bottle and the environments from Bryce. Clearly had not gotten the hang of water at the time. | Dancer By The OceanPoser with a Bryce background. Playing again with Aiko and my dancer costuming and a new background. |
Savia With LightningPoser with a Bryce background. No, this is not X-men's Storm. It was a character I played years back, a priestess of Bahamut in a D&d campaign. | Lazuli and FriendPoser with a Bryce background. An Egyptian girl playing with her cat. | Netherit Maau and Her CatPoser with a Bryce background. An Egyptian girl playing with her cat at the water's edge. |
Who's TherePoser with a Bryce background. Netherit Maau and her cat walking through darkened halls, disturbed by an unexpected sound. | Welcome to the End of the WorldPoser with a Bryce background. A goddess of destruction coming through the gates to destroy the world. | Opening to the LightPoser with a Bryce background. Just a random priestess basking in the adoration of her goddess. |
SirenPoser. Playing around with underwater and mermaids. One of my older pieces. | Alien InvasionPoser Early piece. A mermaid startled by the approach of a yacht. | Matrix in Central ParkPoser with a photoshopped background. A superhero whose powers center on the control and animation of machines. |
Matrix at the TowersPoser with a photoshopped background. This piece was particularly poignant for me. I created the two women in poser and worked her into an actual shot from the clean up efforts. I had wondered what a superhero would do at that time. I made a few mistakes, like not covering the two women with dust too. | Io'uePoser. A Hawaiian Superhero. Io'ue means hawk. I'm particularly fond of this one. I textured those wings feather by feather. | HemlockPoser with a Bryce background. A very toxic superhero borderline villian |
Hemlock in CiviesPoser with a Bryce background. A very toxic superhero borderline villian | Alia DancingPoser with a Bryce background. The main character of my unfinished story: In The Shadows of Death, companion to Love In Ruins. (Actually, she has a cameo in Ruins.) | A Kiss From the Angel of DeathPoser and Bryce for lighting. A scene from In the Shadows of Death, An unfinished story. On orders from her master the real, vampiric Doge of Venice, she visits the 'husband' of another Vampire of the court, the human Doge of Venice, and delivers the kiss of death that will poison him. |
Persephone at the WindowPoser and Bryce for lighting. A scene from In the Shadows of Death, An unfinished story. One of the vampires of the story, Persephone, standing at the window | Joy Contemplating in the RuinsPoser and Bryce for background. Armalaine Joylanthia a member of the Sisterhood of the Rose, contemplating the choices before her. | You Need This More Than MePoser with Bryce background Part of a series with a pair of characters from a game my ex and I played. Joy, my elven patter and Rurik, a dwarven druid. Yes, you read that right. Here he is offering Joy the last potion after a rough fight. |
'You Sure You Trust These Yahoos?"Poser with Bryce background Rurik asking Joy if he was sure she trusted a pair of elves offering to ferry them across a river. | Contemplation of Her TrouplesPoser with Bryce background Joy in a tavern run by her aunt, contemplating the choices facing her. Having learned she is elven royalty and the obligations that entails, she has to decide if she will side with her family or stay with the dwarven man she loves. | "You Are Not Alone"Poser with Bryce background Joy's aunt coming to comfort her as she faces her choice. |
